Who we are
Aprende is a language-coaching service run by Tajda Lukic and Maria Gordienko. You can reach us at hello@aprende-coaching.com.
What data we collect
When you send us a message through the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, company (if provided), the service you're interested in, and your message. The form is delivered to our email inbox; we don't store it in any other database.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if we start working together, to organise your coaching. We don't send marketing emails without your consent, and we never sell or share your details with third parties for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request, and delete them on request.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Just email hello@aprende-coaching.com and we'll take care of it.
Third-party services
Our contact form is delivered via FormSubmit, and scheduling (when enabled) uses Calendly. Both process the data you enter only to provide those services. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
